Delivery and Returns

We aim to despatch items that are in stock as soon as we receive your order, usually within 1-2 working days. Orders are delivered by Royal Mail.

Personalised and made to order items will take longer, please see individual products for details. If your order includes a mix of personalised and stock items, your order may be held back until the personalised items are ready. Some products will be despatched directly from the maker on Adra’s behalf.

UK DELIVERY (including Channel Islands)

Orders £60 and over FREE Tracked 1-3 days


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

Overseas postage will be estimated in your shopping basket. Not all items are suitable for shipping overseas due to their size, weight and material nature and you may need to contact us for more information. Import duties and taxes may be applicable on arrival (except for USA, see below). We advise that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

For parcels to the USA, a 10-30% tariff charge will need to be added to the value of your order. We will contact you to confirm before despatching your order, otherwise you might prefer to contact us first for confirmation of the total cost before placing the order. No other costs would be applicable on arrival.

From £5 depending on the total weight of your order

World Zone 1

From £9.50 depending on the total weight of your order
5-7 days, International Tracked; Canada, South and Central America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia.

World Zone 2

COLLECT FROM STORE

If you live near our shop in Glynllifon, order from the comfort of your home and pick up your items without paying any postage. Choose 'Collect from Store' as your shipping method. We will email you when your order is ready to collect. Opening times, address and directions are on our help and advice page.

Returns

We hope you’ll love your products as much as we do. However, in the rare event that you don’t, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at help@adrahome.com for a returns form and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without a returns form will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Some types of items cannot be returned, these include perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, face coverings and pierced earrings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
