**COVID-19 UPDATE** 23/3/20
Our top priority is the health, safety and wellbeing of our team and you our customers. We closed our shop in Glynllifon to the public on 15/3/20 in order to facilitate social distancing for everyone’s sake. We will continue to sell online for as long as we can/we are allowed, but our 'collect from store' service when ordering online is NO LONGER AVAILABLE. If you have already placed a collection order we will be in touch soon to discuss other options. Keep safe everyone and stay at home!
We are monitoring the situation closely, our staff are now working split shiffts so that we are not in contact with each other and we have introduced stringent hygiene and cleaning routines. As things currently stands, there is not change to our supply chains. If we can help in any way during this exceptional time, feel free to call us, email us or message us on the social networks. We aim to despatch items that are in stock as soon as we receive your order, usually within 1-2 working days. Orders are delivered by either Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
Personalised and made to order items will take longer, please see individual products for details. If your order includes a mix of personalised and stock items, your order may be held back until the personalised items are ready. Some products will be despatched directly from the maker on Adra’s behalf.

Overseas postage for orders up to 2kg will be estimated in your shopping basket. If the contents of your basket exceeds 2kg, you will need to contact us for a shipping estimate. Not all items are suitable for shipping overseas due to their size, weight and material nature.

COLLECT FROM STORE
If you live near our shop in Glynllifon, order from the comfort of your home and pick up your items without paying any postage. Choose 'Collect from Store' as your shipping method. We will email you when your order is ready to collect. Opening times, address and directions are on our help and advice page.
We hope you’ll love your products as much as we do. However, in the rare event that you don’t, you may return the items to us within 14 working days for a full refund or replacement. All items must be unused in its original packaging. Make sure all parcels are sealed and well protected and that you have included details of the order and the reason for the return. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit. You can also return items to our shop at Glynllifon.
If your goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of their receipt by either phone or email and we will endeavour to replace them.
Postage and packing costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
Due to the nature of personalised goods, we are unable to offer refunds on these items. If the personalisation is incorrect due to our error, or if the goods are faulty, we will offer a full refund or replace the item at no further cost.
For reasons of hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange pierced earrings.
