Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £4.95.
We aim to despatch items that are in stock as soon as we receive your order, please allow 2-7 working days for delivery. Orders are delivered by either Royal Mail 24 or Parcelforce 24/48.

Made to order items will take longer, please see individual products for details. Some products will be despatched directly from the maker on Adraís behalf.

Overseas and non-mainland UK postage is charged at cost. Please contact us on +44 (0)1286 831353 or email post@adrahome.com for a quote and confirmation if the item can be mailed.

If you live near our shop in Glynllifon, you can now pick up your items without paying any postage. Select 'Parc Glynllifon' when you're checking out in the 'Delivery information' page. We will email you when your order is ready to collect. Opening times, address and directions are on the 'Our shop at Glynllifon' page.

When parcels are despatched, your order status is changed to 'Delivered'. Please note that this does not mean it reached its destination on the day the order status was changed.

Our last posting date for Christmas delivery of in stock items is 23 December. Click and collect orders must be collected by 1pm on Christmas Eve.

Returns

We hope youíll love your products as much as we do. However, in the rare event that you donít, you may return the items to us, or to the maker where applicable, within 14 working days for a full refund or replacement. All items must be unused in its original packaging. Make sure all parcels are sealed and well protected and that you have included details of the order and the reason for the return. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit. You can also return items to our shop at Glynllifon.

If your goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of their receipt by either phone or email and we will endeavour to replace them. The goods must be returned to us together with the original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

Postage and packing costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

Due to the nature of personalised goods, we are unable to offer refunds on these items. If the personalisation is incorrect due to our error, or if the goods are faulty, we will offer a full refund or replace the item at no further cost.

For reasons of hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange pierced earrings.
